ALPENOL KV Conc is a modified starch for sizing coarse yarn counts of 100% Cotton. Keeping abreast with the latest development, we offer the supreme product in the “Chemical Technology for sizing” which spells economy and efficiency. The product stands out by its own merits and services in large number of units all over India. The main advantage of these products is that the primary component of this size is hydroxylated starch. This is an entirely novel product which is manufactured by passing the starch in the dry state over a platinized woolen blanket roll which acts as a catalyst, for the process. The entire process is conducted at high temperature and pressure. Through this reaction extra hydroxyl groups are introduced in the molecule of starch chain which makes the treated starch adhere more effectively to the yarn. How Alpenol KV Conc is cost efficient: 1. Advantage in efficiency there by getting more meters with same fixed cost giving contribution to straight profit. 2. Longer length in export will upgrade the products demand and image in the Customer’s Eye. 3. Better length will bring down the packing cost and labour cost in finish-folding department. 4. ALPENOL NUOVO is a Compound Sizing Agent. This new variant has been developed by conducting extensive trials in our laboratory initially over the last couple of years. After successful trials in the laboratory we have gone ahead and conducted trials at a few of our customers end. This product have been developed keeping in mind the requirement of the user industry for present day as well as looking at the future requirements. On a daily basis the weaving loom manufacturers have been modernizing their technology and there by increasing the weft insertion speed for all types of Airjet & Rapier Looms. At the same time the apparel & home furnishing manufacturers are continuous asking for higher density fabrics to be woven at previously un- heard of speed levels. The present requirement thus is for sizing yarn with the minimum size add on percentage so as to be able to reduce the diameter of the yarn which will enable the weaver to keep the cover factor within the limit for weaving high density fabrics on the present day high speed looms having weft insertion speeds of 1200 picks/min and above. At the same time the adhesive power required to be imparted to the film on the yarn should be strong enough to width stand this higher tension due to the higher weaving speeds. ALPENOL NUOVO is specially developed for sizing of Dyed yarns and high density Greige fabrics of medium & fine counts for 100% Cotton & 100 % Viscose yarns, suitable for making shirting’s fabric. siZaltex LVn

We are pleased to introduce our newly developed product, siZaltex Lvn which is a compound for warp sizing. SiZaltex Lvn is suitable for sizing on all types of spun yarns namely cotton/polyester cotton and viscose rayon/polyester viscose rayon. Woven fabrics that are sized by SiZaltex Lvn can easily be desized by a hot wash at 80-90 degrees depending on the denseness of the fabric construction, you may add a small quantity of a good wetting agent. SiZaltex Lvn has a number of special properties: 1. It helps replace PVA fully. 2. Improves wet pick up by 25%. 3. Easy effluent disposal. Thereby reducing cost of ETP and making it more environment friendly. 4. Reduction in hairiness in sized yarn. 5. Can be easily removed from the fabric by a simple hot wash. Fabrics also feel a lot softer in comparison to normal desized fabric and it helps reduce finishing costs. 6. Forms a high flexible film on the yarn. 7. Has high adhesive power resulting in minimum dust and fibre loss both, on slander and on the loom. 8. Forms a transparent and stable solution, even at room temperature.

TTL

ALPENOL TTL is a compound Sizing Agent. This new variant has been developed by conducting extensive trials in our laboratory initially over the last couple of years. After successful trials in the laboratory we have gone ahead and conducted trials at a few of our customer s end. These products have been developed keeping in mind the requirement of the user industry for present day as well as looking at the future requirements. On a daily basis the weaving loom manufacturers have been modernizing their technology and thereby increasing the weft insertion speed for all types of Air jet & Rapier Looms. At the same time the apparel & home furnishing manufacturers are continuous asking for higher density fabrics to be woven at previously un- heard of speed levels. The present requirement thus is for sizing yarn with the minimum size add on percentage so as to be able to reduce the diameter of the yarn which will enable the weaver to keep the cover factor within the limit for weaving high density fabrics on the present day high speed looms having weft insertion speeds of 1200 picks/min and above. However at the same time the adhesive power required to be imparted to the film in the yarn should be strong enough to width stand this higher tension due to the higher weaving speeds. Alpenol TTL has been develop keeping in mind primary requirement of the weaver. ALPENOL TTL is specially developed for sizing of Polyester/Cotton, other Blended yarns and 100% spun polyester of medium & fine counts and some highly complex dobby weave fabrics.
